The organization structure of SBC Tanzania Limited can be broadly characterized in a three tier organogram with the Board of Directors forming the apex. Below the Board of Directors is the corporate office of SBC which is based along Nyerere Road on Plots No 54/57 at the outskirts of the city of Dar as salaam on the way to the Dar es salaam International Airport.

The third tier comprises of 3 division offices located at the administrative Regional Headquarters of Arusha, Dar es salaam and Mbeya. These are manned by General Managers/ Unit coordinators.

The Chairman of the Board of Directors of SBC Tanzania limited is Mr. Faysal El- Khalil. He is also the Managing Director of the leading Bottling Company of the Pepsi Cola range of products in Africa The Seven -Up Bottling Company PLC, Nigeria.

Mr. Faysal El-Khalil is a seasoned businessman with about 40 years of rich experience in managing the soft drinks business in Africa. While work certainly keeps Mr. Faysal El-Khalil busy, he has also been very active in community programs, serving on the board of organizations such as the Fate Foundation, the Nigerian Economic Summit Group, the Lebanese Community School, the Nigerian-American Chamber of Commerce, and as past president of the Harvard Business School Association of Nigeria.

He is also a member of World President Organisation (WPO) and Chief Executive Organisation (CEO). Mr. Faysal El-Khalil's commitment to the welfare of the Nigerian economy was recently recognized by the Government of the Federal Republic of Nigeria where he was decorated with the prestigious Officer of the Niger (OON) medal. Faysal is a B. Com degree holder from the American University of Beirut, Lebanon.

On the Board of Directors of SBC Tanzania Limited is Mr.Ziad El-Khalil, who has also been entrusted with the responsibility of Executive Director of the Company.

Mr.Ziad El-Khalil has a rich hands-on experience in the operations of the soft drinks business having worked with the Seven-Up Bottling Company PLC in Nigeria for a number of years rising up to the position of General Manager. He has been responsible for overseeing the successful start up of SBC Tanzania and served as its first Managing Director until August 2004.

Mr.Ziad El-Khalil holds a B.B.A degree in Business Administration from the American University of Beirut and an M.B.A degree in Corporate Finance from the University of Pennsylvania in U.S.A. He is a member of the Young Presidents Organization and on the Board of Directors of several other companies representing the business interests of the El-Khalil family.

Mr. David Kelly is a Director of SBC Tanzania Limited. He worked for four years with Seven -Up Bottling Company PLC, Nigeria as its Financial Controller before starting up his own group in the UK which deals in export sales, buying and consultancy services.

Mr. David Kelly is a member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of England and Wales (FCA) and also a member of the Institute of Export (MIEx)

Mr. David Kelly has been involved to one extent or another in different sports, principally cricket, badminton and golf. He is also a member of the Wildlife Conservation Society of Tanzania.

Mr. Michael Hunter joined SBC Tanzania as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) as of 1st August 2007. Mr. Hunter has over 25 years experience in the beverage business, of which more than ten were in General Manager or CEO roles. He also has CEO experience in the food, plastics and steel industries.

The Head of Corporate Affairs, he is also the spokesman of SBC Tanzania Limited and editor of the in-house news letter called the SBC LINK. He joined the Company at its inception on 8th April 2001 and contributed greatly towards its teething years. He has over 30 years of experience to his credit in Human Resources and Corporate Affairs Management.

Mr. Bruno Kwelukilwa is the SBC Tanzania 'Link' to institutions external to SBC Tanzania Limited in Tanzania. He is a former Chairman of the Association of Tanzania Employers and currently is its Trustee. He is B.Com Degree holder from the University of Nairobi, Kenya with post graduate training in Human Resources Management from Mumbai, India and Dublin, Ireland
